Homes Available in Oak Valley Greens

Oak Valley Greens is a premier golf course community located in Beaumont California. Oak Valley Greens started construction in 2002 the final phase of new homes was completed in 2006. 

The project incorporated a 4 star rated golf course into the plan. The Oak Valley Golf Club weaves through this community offering many homes with a golf course view. 

Oak Valley has 3 different communities:

The Fairways – built by Greystone Homes, a division of Lennar 

The Farm – built by Greystone Homes, a division of Lennar

The Estates – built by Pulte

Four Seasons – built by Osbourn Homes

Solera – built by Del Webb (55+ active adult retirement)

Oak Valley Greens (except Solera) has no HOA has low taxes and Mello Roos compared to many of other newer Beaumont communities. Fallen Heroes Park sits within the community and is available for all communities to use. Solera does have an HOA but provides many more amenities like a large clubhouse, tennis courts, pool, spa, an indoor exercise facility with exercise equipment, and a walking track, and 24 hour gated security. The HOA for Solera is managed by Solera Oak Valley Greens HOA.
