Summerwind Trails is a 2,590-acre master-planned community situated in the rolling hills of the Calimesa countryside. Upon completion, Summerwind will be adding 3600 new homes in Calimesa. The community will incorporate 20 miles of biking and hiking trails, and 80 acres of parks within its over 1,400 acres of planned outdoor living space.

In addition to the vast amount of natural recreation areas, there are commercial pads and schools designed for the new community. Currently, there is a 17-acre tract of business development under construction on the northeast corner at Tukwet Canyon Parkway/Cherry Valley Boulevard and Desert Lawn Drive, called “The Marketplace.” The Marketplace will include a grocery store, drive-thru fast food, a gas station, and convenience store, and retail office space.

The addition of The Marketplace will help to service Summerwind Trails and the bordering Fairways community in Beaumont.

Overlook at Summerwind Trails

Overlook at Summerwind Trails offers ranch-style floor plans with two to four bedrooms and hundreds of personalization options. Camellia Pointe is a 121 home community being built by DR Horton at Summerwind Trails. Four models are available in this community, two single-story, and two two-story models. The two single-story models range in size from 1,573 to 1,858 sq ft. Both homes offer three bedrooms, and the 1,573 sq foot model provides two bathrooms, with the larger home offering a third bathroom

The Retreat

The Retreat at Summerwind Trails a 41 home community that is currently under construction. There are three models of single-story homes on display in this community. The homes range in size from 1,218 sq ft up to 1,573 sq ft of living space on the largest floor plan. Two of the models have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the larger model offering a third bedroom.

JP Ranch

This community is a gated community that has many amenities like a dog park, clubhouse, swimming pool, and many nature trails.

Mesa Pointe
