Summerwind Trails
Summerwind Trails, previously know as Summerwind Ranch at Oak Creek, is a 3,600+ home development being built off Cherry Valley Blvd and the I10 freeway. The development will cover over 2,500 acres. There will be two elementary schools, a junior high school, a neighborhood clubhouse, miles of biking and hiking trails, and a recreation center with community pools. Summerwind Trails is governed under an HOA managed by the Summerwind Trails East Association.
The first phase of 633 homes started in 2019 and will likely complete in 2021
This new community will be home to a town center, including a 125-acre business park with 1.2 million sq. ft. of commercial and retail space consisting of 130 acres of stores and restaurants. Ground broke on the town center in June of 2021.

Camellia Pointe
Camellia Pointe is a 121 home community being built by DR Horton at Summerwind Trails. Four models are available in this community, two single-story, and two two-story models. The two single-story models range in size from 1,573 to 1,858 sq ft. Both homes offer three bedrooms, and the 1,573 sq foot model provides two bathrooms, with the larger home offering a third bathroom
The Retreat at Summerwind
The Retreat at Summerwind is a 41 home community that is currently under construction. There are three models of single-story homes on display in this community. The homes range in size from 1,218 sq ft up to 1,573 sq ft of living space on the largest floor plan. Two of the models have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the larger model offering a third bedroom.
Wildflower (New Homes Available)
Wildflower is a brand-new community that offers a collection of four single-family homes for sale at Summerwind Trails. These two-story homes offer up to four bedrooms and showcase open-concept living areas, modern kitchens, and luxurious master suites.
