Homes Available at Singleton Heights

Singleton Heights has 268 all solar efficient homes featuring large lots with expansive rear and side yards. These one and two-story homes are presented in Spanish, Cottage, and Traditional exterior designs with brick and stone veneers on select elevations. Large front porches are available on all elevations, and the homes have upgrades throughout. Final homes were completed in 2021 by Mastercraft Residential.

Homes range in size from 1,500 sq ft up to just shy of 3,200 sq ft. All homes have large open floor plans with 3-6 bedrooms and 2-4 baths. Homes all came with drought-free landscaping, which most homeowners have since upgraded their landscape. Many homes have RV parkin. Homes that do not RV parking still have enough space that it can be added.
