Lennar is a national homebuilder that conducts business in various states. In 2020 they constructed 52,925 new homes. The company originally a local Miami homebuilder in 1954. In 1971 the company went public and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1972. During the 1980s and 1990s, they expanded operations into new home construction markets in Florida, California, and Texas. In 2000, they expanded operations into Maryland, New Jersey, Minnesota, Virginia, and Colorado and strengthened our position in other states after the acquisition of U.S. Home Corporation. From 2002 through 2005, Lennar acquired several regional homebuilders, which expanded the company, thus strengthening its position in several existing markets and entering new markets. From 2010 through 2013, homebuilding operations expanded into Oregon, Atlanta, Seattle, and Nashville markets. In 2017 They acquired a Florida luxury homebuilder, WCI Communities. The acquisition of CalAtlantic Communities in 2018 allowed Lennar to enter the Salt Lake City and Indianapolis markets. In doing so, they became the nation’s largest homebuilder in consolidated revenues for the fiscal year 2020, with consolidated revenues of $22.5 billion.

Wildflower is a 141 home community consisting of all two-story, 3 to 4 bedroom, 2.5 to 3 bathroom homes. The square footage ranges from 2,021-2,590 sq ft, with all models utilizing open floor plan designs. Four home models are offered in Wildflower.
