Rancho San Gorgonio is located in the southern section of the City of Banning and will sit on approximately 831 acres. Rancho San Gorgonio is a future master-planned community that will include 3,385 residential houses, a community center, three neighborhood parks, open spaces, a fire station, walking, and riding trails, a 14-acre elementary school site, and a commercial area.

Ranch San Gorgonio will provide diverse residential opportunities including detached cluster residences, single-family detached homes, and multi-family dwellings.

This future community is being built by Rancho Cucamonga-based Diversified Pacific. The final easements are being acquired to get the project started. There is no set date on when this project will start.
