Tournament Hills is a private premier HOA (Home Owner’s Association) gated community in Beaumont, California. The community offers one and two-story homes, with three to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms. Homes range in size from 1,100 square feet to over 3,800 square feet with most homes being on the larger side. Pardee Homes started construction in 2005 and was completed around 2014.
