Sundance in Beaumont, California is a master-planned community built by Tri Point Homes (formerly Pardee Homes). In 2003, the ground was broken for the first homes and more homes are still being built in 2021. While most of the 4,100 homes have been built there are still homes available in the Altis sub-communities.

Sundance is located in the northeast corner of the city of Beaumont bordering the city of Banning along North Highland Springs Ave and north to Highland Springs Country Club (55+ community) and the unincorporated area of Cherry Valley.

Community Info

The Sundance community as a whole does have Mello Roos levied on the homes and special assessments. But these fees vary from community to community since they were all built at different times and assessed differently.

The entire Sundance community does have an HOA 

(Sundance Community Association and Sundance North Community Association) and the fees vary by neighborhood.

Homes 

Sundance homes will vary from neighborhood to neighborhood. You will find both single and two-story homes with a wide range of bedrooms, bathrooms, and garage sizes. The home sizes can range from 1,200 square feet to over 4,100 square feet. All homes have an attached garage, with most being 2 and 3 car garages.

Lot sizes in Sundance range from 2,000 square feet (for condos), to some large building lots that exceed 18,000 square feet! The majority of lots range from 5,000 square feet to 13,000 square feet. 

Parks & Recreation

Sundance has several parks in various communities. The main parks include Sunshine Part, Tioga Park, Mountain View Community Park, Cascade Park, and Wildflower Community Park.

Park amenities include picnic areas with tables, large centralized gazebos and pavilions, playgrounds, barbecue areas, large pools and spas, a large grassy natural-like amphitheater, basketball courts, and many acres of lush landscaping.
