Seneca Springs is a community located in Beaumont, California, and bordering the neighboring city of Banning CA. Seneca Springs is one of the Beaumont communities that does not have an HOA (Home Owner’s Association). Construction in Seneca Springs started in 2006 with the final homes being completed in 2010.

The homes in Senica Springs are mostly larger one-story and two-story houses, with three bedrooms, two baths. There are a few homes with four and five bedrooms but these are rare. Homes range in size from 1,200 square feet to over 4,100 square feet.
