Oak Valley Town Center

Oak Valley Town Center is a 244-acre development consisting of commercial and business parks, located along the current Roberts Rd along the west side of Interstate 10, between   Cherry Valley Boulevard and Singleton Road, The Oak Valley Town Center is part of the Summerwind Ranch Specific Plan. In addition to commercial and business parks, approximately 12 acres of open green space and a lake area.

Oak Valley Town Center  Cushman & Wakefield has been commissioned to lease out the retail space. They offer up the most accurate and up-to-date information on the Oak Valley Town Center project. You can take a look at their latest brochure by downloading it here.

I have heard many rumors as to which retailers are moving into Oak Valley Town Center, but most of the space has yet to be leased. So at this point, which retailers will actually be setting up shop is just a rumor. What we do know is that Calimesa’s fire department and City Hall will be located in Oak Valley Town Center. There are several large retail stores, many small box retailers, drive-thru, and sit-down restaurants planned.

New Freeway ramps

There will be new freeway ramps added on Singleton Road. The new ramps will allow for westbound entrance and eastbound exiting from the 10 freeway. These ramps will be added as interim freeway ramps at Singleton Road, which will need to be in place before improvements can be made to the nearby Cherry Valley Boulevard Interchange. These interim ramps will be upgraded to permanent ramps later.

Warehouses

In addition to all the retail space, there will also be several warehouses up to 707,000 sq ft.
