Mesa Verde

Mesa Verde is a future residential development planned for Calimesa. It will have about 3,600 homes and focus on the preservation of open space and native oaks trees which will be incorporated into its planning.

Mesa Verde will cover 1,460 acres within the city of Calimesa is between Summerwind Trail and Sandalwood Drive. This project will develop 15% of the area of the city of Calimesa. The final design will increase open space preservation, add more sports facilities, offer a variety of residential units, will expand commercial square footage, and incorporate a drought-tolerant design.
