Yucaipa is located at the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains in San Bernardino County. According to the county of San Bernardino, the population in 2019 was 53,921.

A few parks Yucaipa is home to are Flag Hill Veterans Memorial Park, Yucaipa Regional Park, “I” Street Park, Seventh Street Park, and Wildwood Park. You are a short drive away from activities in Big Bear, Palm Springs, and Morrango Casino.

Yucaipa is situated on the I-10 freeway, making it convenient to commute to other parts of the IE or into Los Angeles.

Yucaipa has limited new development, currently. Much of the new construction with Yucaipa was completed over the past decade and the current new home development is smaller in scale than those in the past.
