Heritage Oaks Equestrian Community

Heritage Oaks Equestrian Community is a future community to be built in the City of Calimesa. The plans were approved in 2007, but due to the great recession, construction was postponed. The plan calls for 45 high-end homes to be constructed on 54 acres of vacant land bordering the City of Yucaipa near Whisper Ridge and Wildwood Canyon. The land is currently held by Far West Industries and has no scheduled date for the construction of new homes to begin.
